A word about visualisation


Visualisation is a powerful tool in seeking clarity. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and ask yourself: What bigger dream am I working towards? What does it feel and look like and how do I feel inside of it?

The acronym SMART stands for Smart, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time - Bound. Making a SMART goal helps us to identify how to get to where we want to go. When we connect to what really motivates us to create our goals and build a vision in the first place, we tap into the creative energy that inspired us to take the action. Connecting with this source of energy invites a real state of flow!

When you feel real connection, you feel more purposeful, more passionate and less burned - out. The more you connect to the energy that pushes you forward, fuels your desires and propels in the direction of your dreams, the more powerful you are and more energised your goals become.

Envision the ideal reality and feel what it is like to have achieved that. Bring into your mind the fullness of the outcome, as if it has already happened. Then follow the SMART to set goals that move you towards this place through real action.

Once you have a clear vision of what you desire and how you feel when you achieve it, ask yourself why you want it. What's fuelling your passion? Why are you pursuing it? What difference or change do you want to see or make in your own life and the lives of others?

If it helps, write down what motivates you on a piece of paper and hang it in your room, office, bathroom, kitchen, or anywhere else wherever you can see it. Before you start your day, take a minute to think about your motivation to work towards that goal. And maybe bring a little bit of gratitude for whatever you already have! Be grateful for the opportunity and for the inspiration because whatever is happening is already magic!
