How can you use crystals to practice mindfulness?

Mindfulness has been practiced for over 2500 years and has its roots in Buddhist spiritual teachings of the East, although recently it has also found a great popularity in the West as a common practice for well – being.

Thich Nhat Hanh describes mindfulness as ‘the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment’.
