What is Kundalini?


Kundalini is a Sanscrit term from ancient India. It identifies the arising of energy and consciousness collected at the base of our spine since birth, and is the source of the life force. Kundalini may arise from the base of the spine in response to the life events or due to the spiritual practice. The awakening can trigger a wide range of phenomena, causing significant changes in the emotional, physical or psychic capacities, opening the heart and the mind. Kundalini awakening offers a wonderful opportunity to follow a spiritual path.
