Shipping And Refunds



Our goal is to offer you the best customer experience and shipping options, no matter where you live. Our processing time varies depending on the product ordered. All our orders are sent to the merchant for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The order is then processed within 2-4 days or 6-10 days for handmade jewelry made to order.

International delivery usually takes 12-30 days but can take up to 45-50 days if you are located outside of USA, Australia, United Kingdom (most parcels shipped to Europe usually also arrive within the 12-30 days time frame).

Delays at customs do happen and are out of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience and promise to keep an eye on each parcel and notify the customer once we are aware of the problem.

We DO NOT cover the custom fees required to clear the package in certain countries. If you are not sure about the regulations in your country, please check them in advance. 

During Holidays or Sale times, processing and shipping may take longer than usual due to a larger number of orders.

We often manage and arrange re-deliveries with local post offices, and we do notify when the post has problems with delivery. Please, DO NOT ignore those messages. Many packages are sent back because customers do not take time to contact post offices in person (in some cases it is necessary) and we will no longer be able to refund for the items sent back.



If you item doesn't arrive within 50 days from the date of shipment you have the right for the full refund or you can ask to have your product shipped again. We will NOT refund you when the waiting time is less than 50 days. Please, make sure you send your request within 50-60 days time frame. If your order is older than 60 days, we will not process any refund. 

We do not refund the shipping costs.



When ordering jewelry, please make sure you check the length and the size. We are able to make custom orders in some cases, please contact us before placing an order. If the bracelet or any other piece of jewelry you ordered is too small or too big, we will not refund you for it, unless the item was requested to be made to order and there was a mistake on our side. In this case, in order to receive a refund, we require that you send us a photo of the item received along with its measurements.

Some pendants/stones might be smaller or bigger as the jewelry is handcrafted and variations in stones do happen. That also applies to the color or shape of natural stones. There is no guarantee the size, shape or color will be exactly the same as shown in the picture.
